Main Area Floors, Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning. 

One Bathroom cleaning includes bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, floors and windows as applicable. 

Kitchen cleaning includes EXTERNAL appliances only, cabinet/drawer fronts, sink cleaning and base cleaning tasks as applicable.

Main area floor includes sweep/vacuum and mopping.

Main area includes kitchen, living and dining areas.  

If main areas total more than 1,500 sqft , an applicable $.3 / additional sqft will be applied.
