Welcome to CommTen and Miss Mess! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer collectively to CommTen and its service brand, Miss Mess. CommTen operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping and professional home cleaning experience (the “Services”). CommTen is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our cleaning services and products. However, we do not warrant that the quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly as depicted in our online stores. All descriptions of services and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any service or product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BOOKINGS
When you place an order or book a cleaning session, you are making an offer to purchase. CommTen reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance via email or SMS. Please review your booking carefully, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
In the event of a change or cancellation by us, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for cleaning packages and products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - SERVICE DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For physical products, title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. Regarding Miss Mess cleaning services, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control. Estimated arrival windows for service are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including the names CommTen and Miss Mess, logos, text, and arrangements, are owned by CommTen, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as booking calendars or scheduling apps) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and ”as available” without any warranties. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials or hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of third-party materials. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your purchase or use of goods, services, or resources from third-party websites.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
CommTen is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with CommTen. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales or services provided, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products or home cleaning services.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in these policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommTen, Miss Mess, and Shopify from any claims or attorneys' fees arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state laws of the State of Georgia. You and CommTen consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of Georgia.
