By booking an online service with CommTen.com, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
- Authorized Property Entry & Access Security: You authorize CommTen.com and its independent contractors to access the provided service address via physical keys, door keypad codes, gate fobs, or garage openers. All filed physical keys or fobs will be labeled with your name only. You must provide accurate security alarm passcodes and disarming instructions; Miss Mess is not liable for emergency response fines resulting from inaccurate alarm data.
- Limitation of Liability & Key Replacement: Miss Mess and its contractors accept no liability for lost, misplaced, or missing physical access assets. Financial liability for a lost key or garage opener is strictly capped at the direct physical replacement cost of the raw key or hardware asset; CommTen.com disclaims all liability for locksmith fees or home rekeying. Total financial liability for any property damage claim arising from a service visit is capped at the total amount paid by the client for that specific service date. CommTen.com is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed luxury materials. All damage claims must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours with photo proof.
- Advance Booking, Cancellations & Time Limits: Online reservations must be completed at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the service block. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment. Requests submitted within the 24-hour window incur a late penalty equal to the total booking cost. Service shifts are time-capped at 2hrs per visit; personnel will operate strictly within the booked timeframe and exit upon expiration.
- Property Readiness, Safety, Pets & Communication: To ensure maximum cleaning efficacy within the allotted time, the property must be picked up and free of personal clutter (clothes, toys, loose paperwork, dishes) prior to personnel arrival; excessive clutter may limit the scope of cleaning completed within the booked timeframe. For safety and to prevent escapes, pets must be safely restrained during the entire service window. You agree to notify CommTen.com if anyone in the household has a contagious illness. All communications regarding scheduling adjustments or services must be handled exclusively through CommTen.com/Miss Mess, not directly with contractors.
- 12-Month Non-Solicitation Covenant: You explicitly agree not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or contract with any CommTen.com independent contractor for private employment outside of CommTen.com during active service and for twelve (12) months following contract termination.
- Media & Quality Documentation: Before-and-after photographs are strictly required for internal quality auditing and insurance verification. Anonymized imagery may be used for brand promotion, guaranteeing no family photos, identifying numbers, or sensitive documents are captured.
